"DJI Action 4 second hand" is one of the most common searches that brings people to this site, and most of those people are trying to find out one thing: what their own camera is worth before they let it go. This guide answers the questions that come before the price: which Osmo Action you actually own, whether it is the Adventure Combo or the Standard Combo, what we check at pickup, and what happens if you have an older Action 2 or Action 3 that is not on our site.
We list three DJI Osmo Action pages, each with its own price:
They sit alongside the Osmo Pocket pages and the GoPro and Insta360 pages on sell action camera. The figure at the top of each page is the maximum for that model in Flawless condition; your own figure comes from the condition grade, the age bracket and the accessories you still have.
These pages get real attention. In the week of 4 to 10 September 2026, DJI pages received 119 of the 845 model-page views on this site, and the Osmo Action 4 Adventure Combo page alone had 26 views, which put it among the five most-viewed model pages that week next to the Canon 1500D, Canon R10, Sony A7 III and Sony ZV-E10.
The model name is printed on the camera body and on the box, so start there. If the box is gone, the front of the camera and the quick-release frame usually carry the name too. The Action 5 Pro is the newer body; if you bought your camera in 2025 or later it is more likely to be the 5 Pro, but check the label rather than the date, because both models were on sale at the same time.
If you have the information screen open on the camera, the About or Device Info entry in the settings menu shows the full model name and the serial number. Our agent records that screen at pickup, and it settles the question for both sides.
This matters because we price the two combos as separate products. The Adventure Combo is the bundle DJI sells with extra batteries, the multifunctional battery case and the extension rod; the Standard Combo is the camera with one battery and the basic mounts. If you have the Adventure Combo but have lost the extra batteries or the rod, tell us on the price form under accessories rather than picking the Standard page: the model page decides the maximum, and the accessory answers adjust it from there.
The Action 4 is listed only as the Adventure Combo. If you have a Standard Action 4, use the same page and answer the accessory questions honestly. The form asks about the box, charger, bill, battery, mounts and the shorty grip, and each one you still have adds to the figure; none of them is required to sell.
Our price form uses the same inputs for every action camera:
There is no separate lens line for an action camera, unlike a DSLR or mirrorless body, because the lens is part of the camera. That also means the lens cover glass is the single most important surface on the whole device. The agent follows the same sequence for an Osmo Action as for any action camera, and it is worth doing the same check yourself before you fill in the form:
A good self-check keeps the quote and the pickup price the same. If something material is different from what you entered, the agent re-quotes on the spot with the reason, and you are free to decline. We do not list the Osmo Action 2 or Action 3 at the moment, and there is no page yet for the Osmo Action 6, although our own purchase records for February to September 2026 include Osmo Action 6 units bought from sellers. Back up your footage, format the memory card, and sign out of the DJI Mimo app on your phone so the camera is unpaired. Our reset checklist covers this step by step. Pickup is free in ten cities, including Delhi and Bangalore, and you are paid at the door by bank transfer, UPI or cash. Anywhere else in India you can sell by courier after a video call check, with the courier charge shared half-half and most of the price paid in advance. No. It lowers the condition grade, because the lens cover is the most important glass on the camera, but a working Osmo Action with a scratched cover is still something we buy. Be honest about it on the form and the quote will hold at pickup.
