We offer the price based on the current market value. The price must have changed because of changes in market value of the device.

Four inputs: the model and its current market value, the condition grade (Flawless, Good, Average or Below Average), how long ago you bought it (under 4 months, 4-12, 12-18, 18-24 or over 24 months) and which accessories you still have (box, charger, battery, bill, bag, strap/caps/mounts, warranty card). No. The price on a camera page is for the body only. Lenses are quoted separately because a body and a lens lose value at different rates. You can price a lens on its own at Sell Lens, or add it when you request a quote.

It is useful but not required. Our agent records the camera's information screen at pickup, and where the body shows a count it is captured there. Shutter count is one input to the condition grade, not a cut-off - we buy working cameras regardless of count. If you want to check it yourself, see our shutter count guide.

The same sequence every time: front of the camera; back with the screen on; top plate; base with the serial number; sensor and mount with the lens removed; the accessories laid out; and two short videos - powering on and firing the shutter, and the information screen. If the camera matches what you described, the price stands. If something material is different, the agent re-quotes on the spot with the reason, and you are free to decline.
