Our representative checks the camera in front of you — body, lens, screen and working condition. A photograph cannot show shutter count, sensor dust or fungus, so this is where the price is confirmed. If the camera is in better shape than expected, you get more than you were quoted.

Keep these ready

• A government photo ID — Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID. We ask for this on every purchase.
• Box, bill and accessories, if you still have them. They increase what we can pay.

One thing to know

If you decline the final price after our representative has travelled and inspected the camera, an effort charge of Rs 250 applies. There is no charge at any other stage — the quote and the pickup are free.
