Most of our Delhi guides talk about the city as a whole or about the towns across the border roads. Inside Delhi, though, one side of the city sends us far more bookings than any other. In the pickup bookings made on this site since 2022, the Delhi localities that appear most often are Dwarka, Rohini, Palam, Tagore Garden, Uttam Nagar, Vikaspuri, Mayur Vihar and Najafgarh, and six of those eight are in West and South-West Delhi, within a short drive of our Ganesh Nagar buying centre. This guide is for sellers on that side of the city: whether to book the pickup or walk in, where our bookings have actually come from, and how the check and payment work.

Where we pick up inside Delhi, from our own records

These are localities that appear in pickup bookings made on this site, not a list copied from a map:

• West and South-West Delhi: Dwarka (including Dwarka Mor), Palam, Tagore Garden, Uttam Nagar, Vikaspuri, Najafgarh, Janakpuri, Subhash Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Rajouri Garden, Hari Nagar, Kirti Nagar, Moti Nagar, Patel Nagar, Paschim Vihar, Nangloi and Bijwasan.
• North and North-West Delhi: Rohini, Pitampura, Ashok Vihar, Model Town, Burari and Shalimar Bagh.
• South Delhi: Vasant Kunj, Malviya Nagar, Kalkaji, Govindpuri, Badarpur, Safdarjung, Lajpat Nagar, Saket, Mehrauli, Ghitorni, Aya Nagar, Okhla and Sarita Vihar.
• East and Central Delhi: Mayur Vihar, Laxmi Nagar, Shahdara, Krishna Nagar, Preet Vihar, Dilshad Garden, Karol Bagh and Chandni Chowk.

Pickup or the store? A West Delhi answer

The buying centre is at A-38, 1st Floor, opposite Pillar No. 540, Ganesh Nagar, near Janakpuri, New Delhi 110018, open Monday to Saturday 11 AM to 8 PM and Sunday by appointment, closed only on 26 January and 15 August. From Dwarka, Uttam Nagar, Vikaspuri, Tagore Garden or Rajouri Garden it is a short trip, which is why this side of the city gets a different answer from the rest of NCR:

• Walk in if you want to be paid today rather than waiting for a slot, if you are selling several items and would rather have everything checked in one sitting, or if you are a dealer; dealers and bulk buyers are welcome. Call +91 95608 22859 first so the right person is at the counter. Retail sales at the store are limited, so do not plan the visit around buying something.
• Book the pickup if you would rather not carry the camera, or if you are in Rohini, Mayur Vihar or South Delhi, where the drive is long enough that for a single camera the doorstep pickup is the sensible choice. Four in five NCR bookings on this site were made for the next day, and just over half chose the 11 AM to 2:30 PM slot.

The price and the check are identical in both places: the same model page, the same condition grade, the same age bracket and accessories, and the same check before payment.

How the sale works, at the door or at the counter

1. Get the price online. Open your model's page, for example Canon EOS 1200D, Nikon D5300 or Sony Alpha A7 III, and answer the four questions: condition grade, how long ago you bought it, the accessories you still have, and which lenses you are selling with it. 2. Confirm with the OTP and pick a slot, or call the store. For a pickup, the day and time are confirmed with you on the phone before the agent travels. For the store, call ahead.
3. The check, in front of you. The front, the back with the screen on, the top plate, the base with the serial number, the sensor and mount with the lens removed, and the accessories, plus two short videos: powering on and firing the shutter, and the information screen. If the camera matches what you entered, the price stands. If something material is different, you are re-quoted with the reason and you are free to decline.
4. Payment and ID. You are paid on the spot by UPI, bank transfer or cash; in NCR more sellers chose a UPI app than cash. Above Rs 10,000 we prefer bank transfer. What sellers on this side of Delhi bring us

Across NCR, Canon and Nikon are about seven in ten bookings and DSLRs six in ten, and nearly four in five bookings include at least one lens. The most-booked bodies are the Canon EOS 1200D and 1300D and the Nikon D5300, D5600 and D3400, usually with the 18-55 mm kit lens and often with a 55-250 mm or 70-300 mm as well; the Canon M50 Mark II and Sony A7 III are booked about as often as the entry Nikons. The Nikon D3200 and D5200 and the Canon 700D have no page yet, so for those send a photo and we quote by hand. Among the cameras we actually bought from NCR sellers in 2026, the most common body was the Nikon D5600, then the Sony ZV-E10.

Two things to get right before you book, because they change the figure: each lens is quoted on its own line by the exact name on its barrel, and the grade you pick is the one the agent checks against. What to keep ready

• The camera, charged, with the lens on it and the lens caps. We do not buy dead cameras; a working lens from a dead body can still be sold on its own at sell camera lens.
• Every accessory you are selling laid out: box, charger, battery, bill, bag. Each adds to the figure and none is required.
• The memory card formatted after a backup; the card itself is not required.
• Wi-Fi and Bluetooth pairing cleared and the camera reset, following back up, reset and unpair your camera.
• A government ID, and the bank account or UPI ID you want the payment in.

Lenses, drones under 250 g, action cameras, camcorders and gaming consoles can go in the same pickup or the same store visit. Price each on its own section and mention all of them on the booking call.

Is it worth going to the Ganesh Nagar store from Dwarka?

If you want to be paid today, are selling several items, or are a dealer, yes; it is a short trip from Dwarka, Janakpuri or Uttam Nagar. For a single camera the doorstep pickup is just as good, and the price is the same in both places. Call before you come.

Can I buy a camera at the store?

Retail sales at the Ganesh Nagar centre are limited; it is a buying office, and dealers are welcome. Message us on WhatsApp first if you want to see a unit.

How soon is the pickup in West Delhi?

Four in five NCR bookings on this site were made for the next day, and the exact day and time are confirmed with you on the phone. If tomorrow is too late, the store is open Monday to Saturday.
