This guide compares them honestly, including the limits of each, so you can pick the one that fits the camera in front of you.

Our instant photo quote is built for the most common problem sellers have: not knowing exactly which camera they own. You take a photo of the front of the camera, where the model name is printed, in good light. The tool identifies the camera, you enter your mobile number, and your price appears.

How often does it hit a camera we do not list? Between 4 and 13 September 2026, 145 photo quotes were made. For 75 of them, the camera identified did not match a model in our catalogue. That is not a failure of the photo; it is a sign that the photo quote is where people with unusual cameras start. Those sellers are the ones who should message us next.
If you already know your model, the model page gives you the most control. Search your model, and the figure at the top of the page is the maximum we pay for that model in Flawless condition. Then you answer four inputs:
The advantage is transparency. You can see what each answer does to your figure. The model page is also where each camera's own details live — for example the Canon EOS R10, Sony ZV-E10 or Nikon D5600 pages show our purchase records and the lenses sellers most often add. To compare the current "up to" figure across all models, use the second hand camera price list.
The limit: if your camera is not listed, there is no model page for it.

This route also suits sellers with a bag of mixed items — a body, two lenses, a flash and a drone, say — where filling in separate forms is slow. Send clear photos of each item, the model names if you know them, and what accessories you have.
The limit is that a person has to reply, so it is not instant in the way the other two are.
The route you choose only changes how you get the first number. After that, the process is the same. In our pickup cities, such as Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai, an agent checks the camera in front of you and records a short power-on video; if it matches what you described the price stands, and if something material is different the agent re-quotes with the reason.
